Terms of service

Brag Studio is operated by Synosonic OÜ, an Estonian company. Last updated October 4, 2026. Brag Studio creates animated marketing films from the product content and creative direction you supply.

Credits and subscriptions

Starter costs $19 per month and includes 90 credits. Studio costs $49 per month and includes 300. One standard credit covers five seconds; detailed films use four times the standard rate. A one-minute standard film costs 12 credits. Eligible new accounts receive six one-time trial credits. Trial films carry a watermark. Monthly credits expire at the end of the billing period and do not roll over.

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled through the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal; paid access continues until the current period ends. Unpaid renewals do not receive new credits. Mid-cycle plan changes are unavailable. Failed generations return the credits reserved for that job. If the original allowance expired while the job ran, its refund is available for 24 hours. Generated files are stored for 30 days.

Using your ChatGPT plan

When approved and available, you can choose a connected ChatGPT plan for eligible AI usage. This consumes your ChatGPT allowance or available ChatGPT credits under OpenAI’s terms. Brag credits separately cover rendering, storage and downloads at the rate shown before generation: one rendering credit covers up to ten seconds. Brag can refund its job credits, but cannot refund AI usage already incurred with OpenAI. No request silently switches to Studio-funded usage.

Your content and finished film

You must have permission to use the website, trademarks and assets you submit. You retain rights to your original content. You may use the generated composition commercially subject to any applicable asset licenses and provider terms. AI output can contain errors: review claims, visuals and permissions before publication. We do not guarantee exclusive or unique output.

Fair use

Do not use the service for unlawful content, impersonation, rights violations, security attacks or attempts to bypass usage limits. Free trials are limited to prevent abuse. You are responsible for protecting your account. The service may reject a request that cannot be processed safely.

Availability and billing questions

Generation depends on available model usage and rendering capacity. We do not promise unlimited usage or a specific completion time. Use our support contact for billing questions. Our Refund Policy explains cancellation and refund requests; mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

Eligibility, changes and applicable law

You must be at least 18 and authorized to submit a product brief on behalf of its owner. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or threaten service security. Material changes to pricing and these terms apply prospectively with notice where required. Estonian law applies, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
