Use the report you already trust.

Paste the approved results and your commentary. Add your agency website alongside the notes so Brag can pick up its available logo and colors. Include the reporting period, metric definitions and comparison; keep data collection and analysis in your existing reporting workflow.

02

Give the client a clear takeaway.

Use a short recap for one meaningful result, concern or next action. Brag writes the explanation and chooses the visuals. A longer film can add context; the full report keeps the detail.

03

Repeat it without starting from scratch.

Download the MP4, cover JPG and client update copy. Next month, choose Use this brief in your library, replace the period and figures, and review the new draft. Opening a reused brief spends no credits.

A RESULT THE CLIENT CAN UNDERSTAND

A useful recap answers the client's next question.

Start with the client's goal, then choose the result that needs explaining. More traffic and more qualified inquiries are different outcomes. Show the reporting period and a compatible comparison, include a concern when it matters, and state the agreed next action. If the reason for a change is not established, leave it uncertain rather than inventing a story.

A BRIEF YOU CAN ADAPT
Northline Studio is a fictional marketing agency reporting to fictional Harbor Dental. September 2026: 50 qualified inquiries, versus 40 in August. Ad spend was €1,000 in each month. Explain that inquiries increased at the same spend. Next action: review inquiry quality with the client before proposing any budget change. Booking and revenue data are not supplied. Make a concise reporting companion with clearly fictional data, not an agency advertisement.

Keep the comparison honest

Our fictional example supplies September and August figures for one client. Qualified inquiries rose from 40 to 50 while monthly ad spend stayed at €1,000. That supports reporting more inquiries at the same spend. It does not establish booked appointments, revenue, profitability or why the change happened. The next action is to review inquiry quality before proposing a budget change.

What to include in your brief

  • Name the agency, intended client and reporting period. Use only information authorized for that client.
  • Paste the approved aggregate results with units, currencies, metric definitions and the exact comparison period.
  • Include your supported explanation, material caveats and next action. Missing or unverified causes should stay unknown.
  • Choose one takeaway for the free 15-second starter. Review every displayed figure and statement before sharing.
  • For the next cycle, update the dates, data and action in the reused brief. Do not leave last month's figures in the draft.

SEND IT WITH THE REPORT

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Before you hit generate.

Use approved figures and check the finished recap against the full report before sharing.

How do I turn a monthly client report into a video?

Paste the approved reporting notes: agency and client context, reporting period, relevant aggregate figures, comparison period, your explanation and next action. Add your agency website in the same form for available branding. Sign in, edit your wishes and review the result before sending it beside your full report.

Does Brag connect to Google Ads, GA4 or our reporting dashboard?

No. Supply approved figures and commentary as written notes, or use a public report page you are allowed to share. Brag creates an animated explanation. It does not collect account data, record a dashboard, audit attribution or send reports to your clients.

Can I start with just my agency website?

Yes. A website can provide agency context and available branding. Without approved report figures, the agent can explain your reporting service conceptually; it should not invent a client's results. Add actual reporting notes for a client-specific recap.

Can I reuse it for every client and reporting month?

Yes. Use this brief in your film library opens an editable draft without generating a video or spending credits. Replace the client, dates, figures and next action before submitting. Each new video uses the credits shown in your studio.

What does the free report video include?

Eligible new accounts can make a 15-second Standard video without a credit card. Trial videos have a watermark. You receive an MP4, cover JPG and accompanying copy, with private downloads available for 30 days. Fifteen seconds is the film length; generation can take 20 minutes or more.

Can I make a longer recap or use our branding?

Yes. In the signed-in studio, choose a length up to 60 seconds and 16:9, 4:3, portrait 9:16 or square 1:1. A supplied website can provide available branding. Without a website, optional logo uploads and brand colors are supported. The credit cost appears before generation.

Can the video report a disappointing month?

Yes. Include the concern and your approved next action. The recap should describe mixed or negative results honestly, preserve measurement limits and avoid invented explanations. Review it against the report before sharing.

Will video reports improve client retention?

A video gives clients another way to understand your report, but retention or engagement improvements are not guaranteed. Test whether clients watch and understand it, and keep the full report and conversation available.

NEXT CLIENT. NEXT REPORTING CYCLE.

Make this month's results easier to explain.
