One recurring question.
Pick the step customers ask about: matching headers, using your template or understanding a documented error. A 15-second clip can explain one of these clearly. It does not need to cover the whole import.

Start with a public help page or paste product notes and import instructions. Brag writes the explanation and chooses the visual approach. Add exact labels or a common question in your editable wishes after sign-in.
Download the MP4, cover JPG and accompanying copy. After checking accuracy, publish it on your own help center or video host, or attach it to an onboarding message. Brag does not modify your importer or send customer messages.
ONE TASK, CLEARLY EXPLAINED
An import video is useful only if it matches your product. Supply the actual field names and steps that matter. Brag makes animated explanations from those materials; it does not record your live app. If a general website lacks import details, it can create a conceptual overview rather than inventing buttons or validation rules.
How to write a useful video brief ↗Harbor CRM is a fictional contact manager. In its importer, Full name maps to Name and Work email maps to Email. Explain why customers should check these two mappings before continuing. Use fictional sample rows. This is an animated help clip, not a screen recording. End with Review your mapping.
We supplied written product instructions for fictional Harbor CRM: map Full name to Name and Work email to Email, then review the mappings before continuing. We asked for a help clip using these exact labels and fictional data, without invented import rules or a claim that it records a live app.
The agent chose the story, visuals, pacing, music and cover. Harbor CRM is a fictional product; its sample records and interface graphics are illustrative.
Start with the headers. Use the column names from contacts.csv as your source labels. Full name and Work email are the CSV headers; Name and Email are the Harbor CRM fields. Choose the field that fits each column. Pair each header with its field. Keep each sample value with the field it belongs to: Full name → Name; Work email → Email. Review your mapping. Check that each CSV column points to the right Harbor CRM field. Check both pairs.
A column mapping tells the importer where each spreadsheet value belongs. In our fictional Harbor CRM example, the file's headers differ from the product's fields. The explanation needs to make the two relationships clear, then remind the customer to review them. Your own clip should use your actual labels and documented behavior.
| Column in contacts.csv | Field in Harbor CRM |
|---|---|
| Full name | Name |
| Work email |
PUT IT WHERE THE QUESTION COMES UP
Keep the detailed help article beside the video so customers can check the full requirements. Use a 15-second clip for one question; choose a longer film in your studio when the documented task needs more explanation. Review the result whenever your import labels or behavior change. Your private Brag downloads last 30 days, so download the files and host any lasting help content yourself.
